This is dependent on the individual and the severity of the weather. If a good set of waterproofs and some warm hats and gloves solve the problem, the session will continue as normal. Other options include putting up temporary shelter, or in extreme cases, using an indoor space, or moving the session online. If it is deemed too risky, then it will be cancelled and rearranged.

I understand that life can throw us unexpected challenges, so I will always try to rearrange a session if given 48 hours notice. If the session can not be rearranged and 48 hours’ notice has been given then no payment will be expected.
Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the start time will not automatically be given the option to rearrange and payment will still be expected. I will work with individuals to ensure they feel they have been treated fairly and will use discretion in matter.

This is down to the individual, I will always have a range of options available such as; a walk and talk, mindfulness/meditation, whittling and using tools, log splitting, building fires or nature crafts. We never know how we feel from one day to the next so being flexible, accepting this changeability and working with it is fundamental to my work.
Untimely your session is yours, the reason why people choose this therapy over others is because of the feel of the setting and being able to approach talking about feelings, worries and traumas in a less confrontational and relaxed manner.
